Last week I featured Heather and Valentin’s beautiful wedding, and this week I wanted to share their Haunted Mansion and Sleeping Beauty Castle Wedding Photos. I live for the photo sessions at Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, they are one of the most incredible experiences a photographer could have. And spending the day with Heather and Valentin again was the icing on the cake. They had a wonderful wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and we often talked about the castle session leading up to it. It didn’t feel real when the time finally came! Our session began before the sun came up, and I asked if we could take a few photos at the Grand before we went into the park. I loved that everyone just went with the idea. I think it’s so beautiful how the trees at the Grand are lit up for Christmas, and it’s usually very crowded in that area and it was nice to take advantage of the empty walkway.
We got into the park just as the sun began to rise. We made some great memories at the castle with the Special Events crew, and they even suggested a few of the poses! The fun thing about Heather and Valentin’s session, was that they had added a few extra areas besides the castle, so we also photographed them at Small World, New Orleans Square, and the Haunted Mansion. It was a busy but fun morning, one of those days that I’ll never forget. I’m sad it’s all over, it was fun looking forward to their wedding and castle session during the year! I hope we get to cross paths soon again, perhaps at one of Heather’s Run Disney races? 🙂
