This Virgen de Guadalupe newborn photoshoot was such a meaningful way to begin our 2026 season. This sweet baby girl joined us at our Santa Ana, CA studio at four weeks old, and the session went beautifully ~ a reminder that even if you feel like you’ve missed the “ideal” newborn window, it’s always worth reaching out.
Mom envisioned a blend of classic neutral tones paired with subtle celestial and space-inspired elements. A nod to her niece’s newborn photos that we took a few years earlier.
And I made sure to use the blanket a sweet family member knitted for them!
We also ended the session with a few family photos, which are always some of my favorites. This was our very first newborn session of 2026, and it couldn’t have been a more special way to start the year.
