Katrina and Per have the sweetest Disney love story and met while working at Epcot in Disneyland. Katrina is from Canada and was working in the Canada area, and Per (from Norway) was working in the Norway area! They fell in love at the park and now Katrina is finishing her school here in the states to become a teacher so she can move to Norway to be with Per.
I had the honor of documenting their beautiful winter themed Disney wedding, and I loved every minute of it. My absolute favorite part of the day was during the reception when the Canadians sang their country’s anthem and then the Norwegians sang their country’s anthem. Dueling anthems! It was such a unique and sweet tribute to their heritages.
So many things from this beautiful wedding have been featured on Disney’s Official Wedding Blog!

The ceremony was held in the Rose Court Garden and was absolutely gorgeous.
Their “First Look” was one of my favorites. So sweet!
They had a beautiful and loving wedding party full of international friends and family.
Katrina arrived in Cinderella’s Crystal Coach whereupon her father escorted her to the ceremony.
A perfect Fairy Tale evening ceremony!
The rustic winter themed reception was held in the stunning Sleeping Beauty Pavilion.
Loved the different Disney/winter mash-up and all the beautiful details at the reception.
Aren’t the ornaments a clever idea for place settings?
What an incredible cake!
Katrina and Per have the sweetest way about them; I loved watching them interact!
The Disneyland Hotel lobby was decorated for winter, so we had to grab a photo in front of the giant Gingerbread House.
Katrina’s shoes were gorgeous!

Not knowing their story at all and just going off of your teaser photo of them lying on the stairs, I assumed they had had a winter themed wedding because his outfit reminded of a Tin Soldier. I’m glad you shared more because they had such a lovely event. I love the little holiday touches that they added.
