Chris and Dan’s Hawaiian-themed vow renewal at Disney’s Grand Californian was a celebration we will never forget.
It was meaningful to us on a personal level because Chris had recently gone through cancer treatment. I’m in remission and Andrew is undergoing cancer treatment, so we teased that they had the “C” team. The day was a celebration of love and resilience, and we were honored to be a part of it.
Chris and Dan vow renewal was Hawaiian-inspired. We loved watching Chris perform traditional Hawaiian dances throughout the day.
Their celebration took place at Disney’s Grand Californian. The ceremony was in the Brisa Courtyard, with the monorail occasionally making an appearance.
The reception following in the Sequoia Ballroom. Every detail reflected the spirit of ʻohana.
The guests were treated to a surprise appearance by Stitch! We used our digital delivery system, allowing guests to receive their photos immediately after taking them with Stitch, and it was a hit!
From the joyful Hawaiian music and dances to the heartfelt speeches and meaningful traditions, this vow renewal was a beautiful celebration of love.
