Christine and Brian had a beautiful Star Wars themed Peltzer Winery wedding, and I was so happy to be there to capture the celebration. I loved getting to know Christine and Brian during their wedding planning. The first time we met was at Starbucks, and we bonded over a mutual love for history, Disney, and traveling, and we talked well into the evening. Christine and Brian really wanted their wedding to be a big lighthearted celebration for their friends and family. They decided on a May 4th Star Wars themed wedding (May the 4th be with you), and their vision of lighthearted wedding fun was a beautiful success.
Christine and Brian had their wedding surrounded by vineyards at beautiful Peltzer Winery in Temecula, Ca. Peltzer Winery has a gorgeous vintage feel and so many amazing details throughout the venue. They offer locations indoors in a barn setting, as well as outdoors, surrounded by their beautiful vineyards.
All of the groomsmen got ready in an eclectic trailer that made for a great photo backdrop.
The girls prepared for the wedding day in the home on the property. So many cute details and areas. Of course, Christine added some Star Wars touches for her May the 4th wedding.
Brian and Christine met on a dating website. Christine was nervous because she had just gone through a breakup, so her sister suggested a dating website to meet someone outside of her comfort zone of her hometown and work. It wasn’t too long before she met Brian. They knew within a week of talking that they were meant to be, they had so much in common and loved spending time together.
Christine and Brian decided to step things up a notch, and invited some notorious guests to their wedding celebration.
I loved how Christine incorporated her Dad’s memory into the ceremony. Sadly, Christine’s father passed away shortly after she met Brian. Brian helped Christine through this hard time, and it was important to them that they celebrated him at the wedding.
Brian proposed by taking Christine to a nice restaurant in Palm Springs. They had dinner with Christine’s best friend and his girlfriend. When dinner was over, all the servers brought out two dozen pink roses for Christine and two bottles of champagne, and Brian got down on one knee. The rest is history!
Christine really wanted her reception to be a great big celebration, and it truly was so much fun.
Congratulations, Christine and Brian! Thank you so much for including me in your beautiful wedding. I can’t wait to see the wonderful things life has in store for you both.
