Kimberly and Tyler had their beautiful wedding at Carmel Fields at Wedgewood on a breezy day in September. Kimberly and Tyler met at work, and in Kimberly’s words ~ it didn’t take long for them to realize their relationship just felt easy to them. Not easy in the sense that life doesn’t get hard sometimes, but that they work really well together and always do what they can to make each other happy. It was so apparent to see this on their wedding day. Throughout the night, Tyler and Kim would check on each other to make sure they didn’t need anything, and it was so sweet to see how they care for each other.
Their first date was in Santa Cruz, California. They were kids at the time and couldn’t afford much with their mall jobs, so they simply got a beer and some snacks and sat on a cliff by the beach and let the hours pass by.
Tyler had originally planned a proposal at Disneyland, but their trip was set for March 14th, 2020 and Disneyland had closed due to covid. Tyler quickly had to come up with another proposal, and proposed on the beach under the stars in Santa Cruz, a sweet throwback to their very first date.
Kimberly and Tyler are simply looking forward to calling each other husband and wife and solidifying their beautiful life together.
For their wedding, they decided on a rustic theme with a garden / gazebo ceremony and ballroom reception.
Some of the things they love to do together are rock concerts, San Jose Sharks games, and trips to Disneyland.
Kimberly and Tyler’s are fond of lazy movie days at home, and their perfect day together would be sleeping in, making coffee and breakfast together and watching a movie, and then getting out to go to the beach.
Thank you for having us photograph your beautiful Carmel Fields Wedgewood Wedding, Kimberly and Tyler! It was wonderful spending the day with your families, and we were so glad to be there.
