When Emilia’s Star Wars loving parents contacted me about Emliia’s Baby Yoda Cake Smash, I was thrilled! Our team quickly got to work designing the scene. I wanted a soft but intergalactic look, so I sewed grey seat covers out of wool felt. Andrew put together the balloon design, using soft greens and sage, pink, and gold. And of course, we needed a cake fit for a little Grogu. I immediately reached out to Butter and Cream Bakery, one of our favorite local bakeries when it comes to cake smashes. They didn’t bat an eye when I asked if they could create a Baby Yoda cake with frog leg cookies sticking out of the top. A nod to Grogu’s favorite snack. Emilia was a cutie, and she loved the gold egg balloon, of course. 🙂
And I absolutely loved Emilia’s adorable Star Wars romper!
She loved the golden balloon / egg, so much! Sweet girl.
Emilia was so excited about the cake!
I loved that you could see her thinking about it, as she took the first bite. 🙂
A cake smash success!!!
I hope you enjoyed Emilia’s Baby Yoda Cake Smash!
