I love Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, so you can imagine my excitement when Jaime contacted me regarding her Jazz Kitchen wedding. It was the perfect location for this creative couple, with a unique atmosphere and delicious food to boot.
The day started at Flawless Faces in Costa Mesa. Jaime and her mother had their hair and makeup done. It was such a fun place for photos.
Next we moved over to the Jazz Kitchen, where Jaime and Sean’s ceremony and reception were being held.
Instead of bouquets, Jaime opted for DIY fans.
And instead of heels, Jaime wore regular shoes with a special touch:
Sean’s sister sang as they walked down the aisle.
And the celebration began as soon as they said “I Do”.
After photos in the blazing heat, it was time for a delicious New Orlean’s styled brunch that only the Jazz Kitchen could serve. Jaime had labeled masks to use as table settings. These also doubled as gifts for the guests.
And then, some cake!
Everyone left with a bag of beignets.
Except for Jaime and Sean, they still had a few more pictures to take. 😉
And then we strolled through Downtown Disney, on our way to their hotel.
It was the perfect ending to a great day. Congratulations again, Jaime and Sean! Thank you so much, for letting me capture your day!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful work for this awesome couple!
Hooray for Jaime and Sean! What a fun place for a party. I have eaten at the Jazz Kitchen before and thought it would make a great place for a party, so I’m happy that Jaime and Sean had the imagination to actually make it their wedding venue. I loved the makes and all the Stitch details and hidden Mickey’s and can we all just take a minute and swoon over how great Jaime looks? *swoon* I also used Flawless Faces for my wedding so it makes me happy to see more of their work!
These images are so crisp and vibrant and perfect for their magical wedding day. Thank for you for sharing and congrats Jaime and Sean!!!! 😀
*masks (I wrote “makes” – I guess I was too excited about the post to spell check! lol)
YAY Jaime and Sean! The Jazz Kitchen seems like such a cool wedding venue! What a fun — and yummy — wedding! The fans are wonderful (and a neat alternative to bouquets), and I love all the green. 🙂
Wow! These are some of the best wedding picts I’ve had the pleasure of viewing! What a lovely venue. What a stunning bride! What a “Prince Charming” groom!
The details, textures and color are crisply Baroque. The photographer made the most of a terrific photo/wedding setting!
Did the family photos come out? I would surely like to have one (or two). Deer
Thank you! I’ll be mailing Jaime a DVD of all the family photos, I’m sure she’d be happy to pass them onto you!
